Spa Reservations
It is recommended that you make spa reservations at least two weeks in
advance. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
Spa Check-in
We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
This allows time to change into spa wear and begin unwinding in the relaxation
room, cafe or labyrinth.
Late Arrival
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatments, thus lessening
its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on your
original scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed, while
the full charge of your spa treatment will still be applied.
Spa Daily Usage Fee
Spa access provides the opportunity to walk the labyrinth, enjoy the waterfall whirlpool and steam room, reconnect, relax and be rejuvenated.

Age Requirements
Spa guests must be over the age of 18 to have private spa treatments.
However, guests 16 or 17 years old may experience spa services when accompanied
by an adult.
For Your Comfort
A robe and slippers will be provided for your convenience. We suggest
you undress to your level of comfort and encourage you to communicate
any concerns that may arise during treatments with your service provider. Please
be assured that all of our professional service providers are highly trained,
and you will be properly covered throughout your spa treatments.
Special Concerns
Upon your arrival you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire
where you can share any special concerns or needs you may have during
your visit. Please be sure to let us know of any special conditions we
need to be aware of, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, diabetes,
heart ailments, Retin A skin product usage, or any other condition that
may be of contraindications to heat therapies, massage or skin care.
Cellular Phone Usage
For the privacy of all our guests, cellular phones are not allowed in the spa's locker rooms.
Personal Belongings
You will be provided with a locker for storing your personal belongings.
Please remove any jewelry or other valuables prior to your spa visit.
We can not be responsible for lost personal items.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase at the spa reception desk,
by phone 800-444-2812 or online. Gift certificates
may be purchased for a specific dollar amount or for a specific spa package
or service. It's a perfect year 'round gift for that special person in
your life.

Spa Healthy Cuisine
Choose from a healthy variety of entrees created by our Executive Chef.
Pre-orders are encouraged and may be made at the time of reservation.
If ordering upon arrival at the spa, please allow 30 minutes for fresh
preparation.
Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please advise our reception
desk 48 hours in advance. No-shows and cancellations received less than
48 hours in advance will be charged for all scheduled services at full
price.
Spa Tips
To chat or not? It's okay not to talk during the treatment if you don't
want to. The therapists will take their cue from you. Definitely wear what makes you feel comfortable. Although many people completely undress for a treatment, it isn't necessary. Speak up. Let the therapist know if the pressure is too little or too
firm. Express your likes and dislikes and feel free to ask questions. Remember, the right way to spa is your way. A spa experience is very personal,
so approach it in the way that makes you most comfortable and relaxed. |
