Experience yoga practice in the relaxing environment of our movement room overlooking the wooded property of the spa. Revitalize your body, your mind and your spirit with this beginner/intermediate level of standing and floor poses that help you develop strength, balance and flexibility.

Class descriptions

Yoga: Revitalize your body, your mind and your spirit with this beginner/intermediate level standing and floor poses that help you develop strength, balance and flexibility.

Pilates: Slim and reshape your body using a band to add challenge to classic exercises. This class is designed to mimic the resistance offered by traditional Pilates machines.

Gentle Yoga Stretch: Yoga floor postures to help calm, increase flexbility and make the muscles more supple.
